Patricia Mitchell Posillico is a commercial real estate sales associate for Rock Capital Realty LLC and the founder of Blue Vision Real Estate LLC. 

As a real estate sales consultant, she works to pair buyers, developers and investors of real estate with properties to suit their investment needs.  Her clients buy and develop a variety of projects from industrial, office, medical, hotel, educational, apartment complexes and retail. 

Blue Vision Realty LLC is a real estate resource company that provides property owners with a variety of connections to upgrade facilities with energy efficient equipment, materials and policies to increase return on investment on existing and future properties. 

Patricia is accredited as a Green Associate with the USBGC and she was graduated from the University of Hartford with a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication.

Shefali Sanghvi

Shefali H. Sanghvi has over 10 years, designing and constructing sustainable buildings. She is involved in every step, working with clients, consultants and general contractors to provide high-quality, high-performance buildings. In addition, Ms. Sanghvi is currently a Project Manager at PM Architecture, working on a variety of residential housing projects, interior office spaces and restaurant work, as well as working on LEED certification for a project located in Waterbury, CT.

Ms. Sanghvi has worked on a variety of LEED NC and LEED ND projects, including Selis Manor, a highly-efficient renovation of a 205-unit building for the visually impaired, El Jardin de Selene, a 12-story mixed income apartment building in the South Bronx, as well as Melrose Commons, a LEED for Neighborhood Development pilot project in the South Bronx.

Michael J. Posillico
Executive VP
Posillico, Inc.

Michael J. Posillico received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.  After completing his studies he began working for his family’s business, JD. Posillico, Inc. a long recognized leader in the heavy construction industry.  In early 1991 he founded Posillico Environmental (formally known as Blue Water Environmental, Inc.), which specializes in large-scale industrial remediation and marine construction. 

Michael manages the Posillico Development companies, which are undertaking some of the most challenging “Brownfield” projects in our region and the United States.  He also serves as Chairman of Posillico Environmental and continues to be active in many high profile clean-up projects in the Tri-State region.

Phillips Nizer

Jon Brooks is a partner at Phillips Nizer LLP, co-chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice and a member of its Litigation Practice.  Individual and business clients rely upon him as their advocate in environmental and complex commercial litigation matters, and as their advisor on environmental aspects of real estate, corporate and financial transactions – especially, of late, brownfield transactions.

His involvement in environmental legal matters began more than a quarter century ago, first as a policy maker, then as a practitioner, and occasionally along the way as a visiting professor.

Chip D'Angelo
WCD Group

Wm. Chip D'Angelo founded and operated one of the nation's most successful environmental engineering, consulting, testing and remediation management companies, (Kaselaan & D'Angelo-K&D). The firm developed the procedures which became standards and regulations for the management and abatement of asbestos.

Mr. D'Angelo and his staff have delivered environmental projects involving hazardous materials, water, soil and waste throughout the United States, Mexico, and Europe, including developing innovative technologies in the petrochemical industry and exporting and installing those technologies.

Eric Weinstock
CA Rich Consultants, Inc.

Eric Weinstock is Vice President of CA RICH Consultants, Inc., and serves as Senior Project Manager and Technical Supervisor for numerous regulatory compliance projects involving complex subsurface contamination.

Mr. Weinstock has completed numerous Brownfields projects in the NYC metro area. In addition to removal of contaminated soil, many of these have included the installation of sub-slab depressurization systems and engineered vapor barriers. He was the manager of the Atlantic Apartments Project, recipient of the NYCOER Big Apple Brownfield of the Year award in 2009. Mr. Weinstock has also served as an expert witness on numerous trials in New York State.

Long Island

Amy Engel is the Executive Director of Sustainable Long Island; a nonprofit organization that advances sustainability across Long Island. Engel is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s staff and day-to-day operations, including programs, finance, public relations, and fundraising.

As a former County Executive Assistant to the Chief Deputy County Executive, Engel successfully advanced community development projects and facilitated municipal interaction, land use and development initiatives, and streamlined grant administration processes. She also has experience in advocacy; developing state and federal legislative agendas for the County, as well as special event planning and fundraising.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Page Travelstead is a Relationship Manager and Assistant Vice President in the Wells Fargo Community Lending & Investment Group (“CLI”).  Her responsibilities as a Relationship Manager include the origination and monitoring of Affordable Housing projects within New York, New Jersey, and New England.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo one year ago, Page worked as a senior project manager at Fifth Avenue Committee, managing the construction and sales at Atlantic Terrace, an 80-unit LEED Gold affordable home ownership project in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Prior to working at FAC, Page was an AVP at Forest City Ratner Companies managing the 80 DeKalb project in Brooklyn, a 365-unit 80/20 building in Downtown Brooklyn that was designed for LEED certification.
